friday's our big day.. our fyp presentation day.. however it turned out 2 be quite bad.. disappointment is an understatement.. slept only for 2 hrs the day before... put in alot of time n effort.. but it din turn out to be what we hope to be la.. so was kinda sad.. but well... mon's our last shot la.. so we r pinning high hopes on tat.. i pray things will juz go on smoothly... but i think it wun be worse den fri la.. coz i feel our clients r much nicer ppl.. haa...
well.. early fri morning.. a function of our system can't work.. they tried but couldn't find the cause of the prob.. but we went ahead to present.. at 1st i tot we started off well... den i realised that our "audience"(1 prof n 2 instructional staff n our supervisor)... were not even listening 2 us... the prof was still marking his student's assignment.. if u really so busy den dun attend la.. come n here 2 mark assignment?!!.. wat the... anyway.. nvm.. n during the demo.. he stopped marking n started shooting us lots of stupid qns.. like why do we choose 2 use buttons instead of hyperlink.. wat kind of qns is tat?.. n the rest commented on quite alot of things.. haa.. i was getting quite pissed at 1 point.. n i think i sounded abit hostile.. haa.. erica helped me 2 ans some of the qns.. n she too got agitated.. haha.. even merv n shaun were trying 2 argue with them.. n wat's worse.. shaun's part suddenly can't work.. n showed an error screen.. tat killed us big time... IT presentation once got error.. means DEAD....... haiz.. nvm.. i hope they wun penalized too much on tat.. arrgg anyway.. after the presentation we were juz sooooo sianz.. tat none of us said anything.. n walked out of the rm.. went killiney for lunch...
worse.. the 3 instructional staff went to killiney for lunch also!.. we felt like walking out.. haa.. but can't la.. den 1 of them even came n ask how come we dun feel excited that our presentation is over?.. haa how 2 be happy when thruout ur presentation ppl r not interested n kena shoot with lots of qns tat are out to kill us... n they still said something like "hey cheer up la.. good job.." haa.. we all noe we can't trust all these prof n staffs when they say tat.. everytime they commented excellent.. we ended up having the most a B.. so if they say good.. haa.. maybe u juz got a C-?
ah.. watever.. its over anyway.. today is my sabbath.. haa... totally knocked out last nite.. woke up this afternoon.. went for bs n svc.. n now home.. tmr i shall work on all those reports.. n prepare myself for the presentation on mon with our client... tat's really our last chance to redeem ourselves.. haa.. gotta jia you!!!...
