received an encouragement email frm 1 of my grp mate to the rest of us.. haa i think it's really very sweet.. knowing every1 is tired.. and stress with the projects and at the same time trying to remain competitive in this crazy campus.. haa.. he's telling every1 to rest well.. and he quoted.. many of us are too busy with the many things that are happening ard us.. sometimes we just work ourselves too hard and eventually got ourselves exhausted.. and we start falling sick.. and slowly we start to grow tired of the things that we have to do.. and eventually give up.. then all that was done will be put to waste.. so.. never forget to take a rest.. give urself a break whenever necessary.. get urself recharged.. in order to move further and accomplish more in life.. sometimes its really not too bad to just take a break for a while..

yeap.. no matter where we are at.. who we are working with.. a team or a group.. its really not juz abt how well an individual can perform.. but its abt how well the team/group can perform together.. its not abt how clever each individual is.. but is how the team/group can make use of each member's skills/talents and deliver performance as a group.. as quoted..excellence becomes a reality when the team outgrows individual performance.. and of coz display team confidence... a team wun be a team if only 1 person is putting in effort.. that is why.. it is called teamwork.. =)
