I was regretting the past and fearing the future.

Suddenly, I heard God speaking. "My name is 'I AM.'"
He paused. I waited.

He continued, "When you live in the past with its mistakes and regrets, it is hard for you because I am not there. My name is not 'I WAS.'

"When you live in the future with its unknowns and fears, it is hard for you because I am not there. My name is not 'I WILL BE.'

"But when you live in this moment, it is not hard, because I am here. My name is 'I AM'."

isn't it true?.. we live in the day call "Today".. not Yesterday or Tomorrow..

many times we choose to live in the past.. regretting over the things which we've done.. when we noe that things cannot be undone..

many times we choose to live in the future.. worrying about what is to come..and we forgot about enjoying the present which is now.. and as time goes by.. we waste our future.. regretting about not having enjoyed what we have now..

if you are looking for God.. look for Him Today.. =)
