"Pride causes us to interpret what God says in order to justify our own actions.."

Pride causes ppl to be selective in the things they hear and the things they see.. always reasoning within themselves..trying to justify their own actions.. and choose to believe that whatever they do is correct while the world ard sees it otherwise.. in other words.. to these ppl.. no matter what.. they are always right..

"Stubbornness is being unreasonably stuck in our own opinions.."

Stubborn ppl insist on their own opinion so much that whatever others say.. they refuse to accept and thus.. refuse to learn.. refuse to change.. Stubbornness is the core of ignornance.. in order to learn, you got to first want to be taught.. stubborn ppl never learn.. coz they never want to be taught.. when you never learn.. you will never change.. that's why.. some ppl are stuck at the same situation/problem for so long.. and things never seem to move on.. because of pride and stubbornness..

Pride and stubbornness cause poverty in the mind.. limiting the way we think.. and what we think results in who we are.. how we behave.. and eventually affects the life we lead..

well.. humans are not perfect.. all of us have a certain measure of pride and stubbornness in us.. like it or not.. and i admit.. i can be prideful... i can be stubborn.. and i know i need to change..

really the decision to change.. is up to us.. dun stay poor in the mind for too long.. the world is changing.. every minute..every second.. we need to move on.. refusing to change will cause us to be left behind.. and remain "poor in the mind" for as long as we choose to hold on to that kind of mindset..

its really time to let go and move on.. let go of our pride.. let go of our stubbornness.. be open to learn.. be open to change.. allow God to move.. and we know things will never be the same again.. we just got to let go.. and let God..
