1 of the qns i posed to the candidates during the interviews was:

"If I were to ask your friends to describe you, what do you think they will say?"

i must say im quite amused by some of the ans actually.. and these sessions really allow me to see so many diff kind of individuals around.. its interesting to study human actually.. :)

have you ever asked yourself such a qns?? maybe we shld all do some self-evaluation sometimes..

1 main problem i discovered among people is the issue of self-centeredness... and seriously im quite irritated by that.. can't stand selfish ppl.. ppl who think they own the world and call the shot.. all they think about is "They, Them and Themselves".. this is seriously such a turn off..

its really a pity.. and such a shame.. to see smart ppl, ppl with loads of knowledge and influencial power being such a snob.. wat's the point of having IQ without any EQ??

some people juz talk without action.. talk is cheap.. don't juz talk the talk.. but walk the walk!.. so what if you know so much.. yet do nothing abt it? knowledge empowers us.. but if we do not take any action to activate that knowledge.. all we know means nothing!..

don't always wait to be served.. y not you serve??

yea im juz agitated by the things that i see happening.. and the actions of ppl ard me.. if these ppl were to ask me the qns i ask the candidates.. i would tell them.. "wake up your idea and stop thinking you are the king!"

some ppl question why they don't have many friends.. maybe if they can ans the above qns.. they will be able to know the ans to their own qns..

it takes willing people to change the society.. how many willing people do we have?
